Those Tacky Emails

Welcome to Flo's Home Biz & Fun

Today's post is about "tacky email" that are forwarded, it's distasteful receiving! I'm sure the majority of people feels the same way!!!

It's very annoying to have to get past all those email addresses when I'm trying to read an email that's been forwarded so many times. You could have up to twenty or more to get past and I dislike that!

I don't think it's fair to the people whose email address are exposed to everyone, and certainly not appreciated by the person receiving it. Theirs two ways to get rid of all that extra junk!

If you don't know how, this is what you do...

1) Before you forward an email, copy and paste the part you want into a new email, then send it.

2) Another way is to forward the email, then before sending it, delete out all the addresses, comments, etc. before you hit send.

It only takes a second to highlight all those email addresses then hit the delete key. It's considered "very TACKY" to forward everything, including the names and email addresses of everyone else who has received it.

"Forwarding Email"

Did you know that forwarding emails can bring you "SPAM MAIL"?
If you didn't know before, now you know!!!

Forwarding emails can cause "SPAM MAIL" for you and the earlier recipients of the email. When forwarding an email, make sure you delete all of the previous addresses first. Spammers can copy the entire list and everyone will get spammed, including you! I'm a 100% sure you don't want that to happen!

How to hide email addresses...
1) Put your cursor to the "To:" for one email address of your choice!

2) Put your cursor to the "BCC:" (Blind Carbon Copy) for the other recipients email addresses.

That will prevent the names and email addresses not be visible to no one.

It only takes a second to use the "BCC" (Blind Carbon Copy). Always use it because we have no clue who gets to read our email addresses before we get them!

When you receive a forwarded email you have that right to ask them not to do it. If they can't be bothered the solution is simple "BLOCK" their email address.
